From Ann Johnson Events

Taking inspiration from the Color Mixing Wheel that welcomes everyone to MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation, we chose ‘kaleidoscope’ as the theme of this gorgeous styled shoot. Playful and colorful but still beautifully elegant, we let MOXI’s breathtaking architecture and views shine. We staged the ceremony in the Lookout Tower and then transitioned it to become the focal point for the reception, with a stunning sweetheart table. Ventura Rentals’ benches, chairs, linens and tableware helped pull everything together. Ella & Louie used large palm fronds to great effect, along with vibrant color mixes for the bouquet, centerpieces and ceremonial ‘arch.’ We utilized the cool Fantastic Forces Courtyard and glowing Founding Donor Wall for desserts – so much fun! First dance took place on the iconic glass dance floor in the Sky Garden with beautiful lighting and smoke effects from Islay Events
