The dreamy coastal styled shoot inspired by Tangled Lotus's recent travels to Hawaii came to life when Michelle Ramirez Photography suggested Tangled Lotus design her editorial photo shoot workshop, where she not only hosted but also taught photography. With sweeping ocean and mountain views, Hyatt Centric Santa Barbara was the perfect beachfront property to host the beach-inspired styled photo shoot workshop.

Upstairs in the El Cabrillo room, a navy velvet tablecloth from Dreams America draped a 6ft table while a dusty blue chiffon runner wove itself down the middle of the table like the waves that roll on the beach. Vineyard chairs from Amigo Party Rentals matched the tones of wet sand perfectly and brought a natural element to the cool blues on the table. Blooms in hues of yellows, whites, and blushes designed by Tangled Lotus brought warmth to the table along with mustard yellow candlesticks and gold accents in the tableware by Papillion Rentals. Monstera leaves and a few tropical flowers added that touch of tropics giving the reception tablescape a coastal vibe along with the sweetheart table which was setup downstairs in La Cantana.

Outside in The Vista's patio, lounge furniture by Papillion Rentals was carefully placed with complementing cushions. The perfect spot to enjoy a few cocktails crafted by Hyatt's bartender. The Vista's patio provides amazing oceanfront views and was the perfect location to place one of Papillion's specialty bars and backdrop.

Across the street is home to the dreamiest ceremony location right on the sands of East Beach. With jaw dropping views, the ceremony merely needed a simple white arch and an asymmetrical floral piece. Additional floral pieces were added to bring the ceremony a pop of color and added texture. There's definitely something so special about a beach-inspired wedding which brings absolute "coastal bliss."
