$20k.  A 2 night min. reservation is required to host an event. The venue fee is included in the reservation rate.  Pricing starts at $10k/night.  

Capacity:

• The Great Lawn event space seats a maximum 120 guests

• The Residence sleeps 18 guests

Time Allotment: A minimum 2 night reservation is required to host your event.  Reservation includes the venue fee.

Alcohol Policy: A licensed bartender/caterer is required for all events.

Music Policy: Noise curfew is enforced at 10pm
