Price Range: Hourly rate based on area rented, ranges from $250 to $550 per hour.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is more than sixty (60) days before the first scheduled date of the use of the premises, then100% of the booking deposit is refunded.
If cancellation is between sixty (60) days and ten (10) days before the first scheduled date of the use of the premises, the booking deposit is not refunded, and 50% of any other fees paid are refunded.
If cancellation is less than ten (10) days before the first scheduled date of use of the premises, no refunds are issued.
