Chef Maili Halme Brocke is a dynamic new force in the catering world, and Santa Barbara is lucky to have her! Maili is the former saucier chef from Roy's of Hawaii and most recently studied under Remi Lauvand at Bacara. In addition to impeccable training, Maili's passion and energy for fabulous food, and her natural sense of how to create a unique event, put her in a sphere apart from traditional event caterers.
She designs menus that are personally meaningful and food that is memorable, and she offers her clients her personal attention to every detail. Maili and her staff also work seamlessly with other vendors to deliver a flawless event.
