Our venues rent for a 4-6 hour period and additional hours are available at Crossroads for $500 per hour. A Foley Wine Group staff member will assist with the event working closely with you and your vendors on site to ensure a smooth, successful event. A professional day of wedding coordinator and an approved caterer are required for all weddings. A Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 is required naming Foley Wine Group as an additional insured. Our wines are available to you at a 15% event discount. Only wine products of Foley Wine Group are permitted on the property.


A minimum of one FWG Location Supervisor will assist at an event. The Location Supervisor will act as representatives of the venue with respect to access to the property, house lighting and delivery of wine & FWG equipment. These services do not include wedding coordination, equipment set-up or equipment strike. FWG will provide the on-site staff as indicated by the nature of the event. One Location Supervisor is included with the site fee and additional required staff is $25.00 per hour (3 Hour Minimum).

180 guests. Renting any portion of the above venue gives complete access to all six sites. Your event here at Firestone is exclusive. The 2009 site fee is $7,000.


Crossroads Estate, Los Olivos:

110 people. Maximum Occupancy: The Pole Barn accommodates 300 seated with room to dance. The Meadow accommodates up to 500+ guests. Your event at Crossroads is exclusive. The 2009 site fee is $14,000.


Lincourt Vineyards, Ballard:

200 guests. Renting any portion of the above venue gives access to all four sites. Your event here at Lincourt is exclusive. The 2009 site fee is $4,000


Foley Estates Vineyard & Winery, Lompoc:

250 guests. Renting any portion of the above venue gives access to all four sites. Your event here at Foley is exclusive. 2009 site fee is $4,000.


Firestone Vineyard, Paso Robles:

150 guests. Renting any portion of the above venue gives complete access to all 5 sites. Your event here at Firestone is exclusive. The 2009 Site Fee is $3,000.

Deposit:
To reserve a date, a non-refundable security deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 is due. Once this has been paid, a contract will be mailed out to you. The signed contract along with a deposit of half of the site fee will confirm your reservation. The remaining site fee must be paid thirty days prior to the event. The balance of wine consumption will be charged to your credit card on file after the event. At this time, the security deposit will be refunded if no breaches to the contract have been made.


The $1,000 security deposit is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation once the contract has been sent out. If the event is cancelled more than thirty days prior to the event, 25% of the site fee will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs with fewer than thirty days notice, there will be no site fee refund

Insurance:
A Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 is required naming Foley Wine Group as an additional insured.

Decorations:
NO non-organic confetti, glitter, rice, bird seed, straw and/or hay are permitted. Please submit a list of proposed decorations or favors to FWG Location Supervisor before purchasing. NO LIVE “POTTED” PLANTS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY. For your planning purposes, cut floral arrangements are not considered live plants. No Pets are permitted on the premises.

Bathrooms:
Crossroads Estate has sufficient restrooms for up to 225 guests. Above that guest count, additional restrooms are recommended. Firestone Los Olivos, Paso Robles and Foley Estate have sufficient restrooms. Lincourt Winery requires additional restrooms for every 50 guests over 50.

Alcohol:
California Alcohol Beverage Control regulations allow only FWG products to be served or consumed on the properties. We can allow a limited amount, as determined by FWG, of sparkling wine or champagne No distilled spirits are permitted, NO Exceptions. Our wines are offered to you at a 15% discount and only bottles opened are charged to your party. (If you are a member of one of our wine clubs, FWG wines are offered to you at a 25% discount.) Wine is charged based upon consumption. Beer is permitted on the premises and must be purchased by the case directly from Firestone Walker Brewing Company. All Alcohol Service must end 30 minutes prior to the event’s conclusion. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. The facility supervisor reserves the right to ID any person and to refuse service to anyone we feel may be intoxicated or under the legal drinking age.

Parking:
There is sufficient parking for events at Firestone Vineyard Los Olivos, Crossroads Estate & Firestone Vineyard Paso Robles. Directional Parking is required for events at Lincourt Vineyards and Valet Parking or Shuttle Service is required for events at Foley Estates Vineyard & Winery.

Music:
Amplified music is permitted on the property; however, FWG reserves the right to terminate the music if complaints are received. All music must end at 11:00PM at Firestone Vineyard Los Olivos and at 10:00PM at the Crossroads Estate, Foley Estates Vineyard & Winery, Lincourt Vineyards and Firestone Vineyard Paso Robles.
