Nestled in the heart of the Santa Barbara Wine Country, only 35 miles north of Santa Barbara, the Inn is a full-service AAA Four-Diamond-Rated boutique hotel with an award -winning gourmet restaurant, "The Vintage Room" under the direction of Executive Chef Kurt Aldredge. An elegant, French country setting for your wedding, large or small, the Inn provides full catering and banquet services, with a variety of locales and menus to choose from.

Fees:
You have a choice of several locations on an acre of manicured grounds. Ceremony only: $800 site fee. If reception and dinner takes place at either the Winery or Fess Parker Wine Country Inn, site fee is $600.

The Veranda A sloping 14-ft overhang from the roof surrounds the winery creating a large terrace that looks out over the landscaped grounds and vineyards. This space is used in conjunction with the Fireplace Room. Veranda/Fireplace Room Package Seated dinners: Up to 150 guests. Time: 6pm-10pm. Cost: $6,000. Tent Pad Area This location has an impressive view of the vineyards backed by the local mountain ranges. Located on an acre of landscaped grounds, the 11,000-sq-ft tent pad is on a level, granite surface with access to electricity and water. Up to 500 people. Tent is not included in area rental price. Restroom rental is mandatory for this area. Time: 5:30pm-10pm. Cost: $6,000.

Deposit:
A down payment of half of the facility fee is necessary to hold your reservation. The remainder of the cost is due at the close of the event. Once a deposit is made, there is no refund.

Insurance:
For insurance purposes, the property requires a one-day event policy be taken out naming Fess Parker Winery as additional insured for $1 million in coverage. Please check with your insurance provider, but this can often be accomplished by taking out a rider on your homeowner or renter policy. The cost is typically minimal.

Decorations:
Set up needs must not interfere with the tasting room procedures. The 10:00pm cut-off time is strictly enforced. Any activity on the grounds past 10:00pm (clean up by 11:00) will be billed at a rate of $500.00 per hour, prorated. The grounds must be returned to its original state and a winery employee will be on hand during the event.

Bathrooms:
Any event held on the Tent Pad Area must provide portable restroom facilities next to the Tent Pad Area. Pricing is available through the Special Events Coordinator.

Alcohol:
Only Fess Parker Wines and beers of your choice are allowed at the Winery.

Wheelchair:
All facilities are handicapped accessible.

Parking:
Parking availability is excellent with 265 spaces. A ”Parking Service” is recommended for special events and is MANDATORY for events with 100 guests or more. “Parking Service” is equivalent to directed or valet. If the Fess Parker Winery or Fess Parker Wine Country Inn provides any parking services-directed or valet, there will be a minimum charge of $300.00.

Music:
Electricity is provided for your use. However, special voltage and outlet requirements for your band or disc jockey need to be discussed. Amplified music in moderation is permitted until 10:00pm, but may be subject to curtailment if complaints are received.
