While Gainey Vineyard may not necessarily be the best choice for a winter wedding – as evidenced by the photos you see here – it makes a spectacular site at any other time of the year. The lawn patio area is surrounded by Sauvignon Blanc vines and oak trees, and has BBQ facilities for your use.

Events held during normal operating hours of 10:00AM and 5:00PM must be confined to the Vineyard View Picnic Area or Courtyard. Events held after 5:00PM can utilize the tasting room facilities, as well as the patio. All Events at the Gainey Vineyard are exclusive and only one event will be booked at a time and they will not book any events on major holidays or long weekends such as Labor Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July.

Fees:
The site fee for Gainey Vineyard is $3,800. Four hours are allowed for set-up and ceremony use.

A minimum of two staff members is required to be present during your event. They are billed at $23/hour each. After 10:00PM staff time will be billed at $37/hour. All Wedding and ceremonies will be required to use Valet parking. One (1) Valet is required for each 25 guests at a cost of $23.00 each per hour.

The estimated balance is due two weeks prior to the event. Once the event accounting is finalized, you will be provided with a final invoice, and you will be billed for any outstanding charges. Final payment will be due within 15 days. No credit cards are accepted for payment.

Deposit:
A deposit is required for all events – Gainey will not reserve a date without a deposit. Your event date will be confirmed with a deposit of $3,000.00 with 50% of the deposit non-refundable. Payment in full is required to reserve for a ceremony only.

All clean up must be provided by the client. A security deposit of $500.00 is required and will be refunded in full if no other clean up is required after your event. Clean up must take place immediately following the event or by 9:00AM the following morning.

Insurance:
A one-day rider in the amount of $2,000,000 naming Gainey Vineyard as additional insured will be required upon entering into the contract. Any event without this one-day rider in place 10 days prior to the event will NOT be held.

Alcohol:
Only Gainey Vineyard wines may be served at the winery. Arrangements can however be made for wedding toast champagne. Flutes will be billed at .50 each. All wine opened during the event will be billed at full retail.

Parking:
All weddings are required to use Valet parking. One valet is required for each 25 guests at a cost of $23 each per hour.

Music:
You are welcome to hire musical entertainment for the wedding and/or reception, amplified music is allowed, but all entertainment must conclude by 10:00PM.
