The Moody (or Peppers) Estate is an 11,000-square-foot, 9-bedroom property that stands on 1.6 garden acres in the center of upscale Montecito. In addition to many lush gardens, a 3,000-square-foot historic ballroom is available for booking for a reception to remember.

The Moody Estate offers several Wedding Packages that are available on short notice. Fees range from approximately $1,000 to $5,000.
