The Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club's lush green grounds are maintained year-round, resulting in spectacular surroundings for wedding and polo match alike. Even on a gloomy day, the greenery and the ocean breeze will make up for a lack of sun and provide a stunning setting for your event.

Capacity:
The main room and the clubhouse will accommodate approximately 50 seated guests. The terrace will facilitate another 90 guests. Larger parties may require the use of outdoor tents that may be put up on the lawn areas near the clubhouse.

Fees:
The clubhouse with terrace costs $2,500, while the clubhouse with terrace and the lawn area will set you back $3,000. For large events you can opt for the clubhouse, terrace, lawn and grandstands for $4,500 and up.

Deposit:
There is a non-refundable $500 security deposit, required upon agreement of a date. Event and rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event. Estimated consumption charges are due 48 hours in advance of the event.

Tables:
The facility rental fee includes the use of thirteen 60-inch round tables and 100 white wooden chairs. The club can also provide high-quality china, silver and glassware for an additional fee of $12 per guest. All other equipment will need to be rented.

The Clubhouse is appointed with leather and rattan-style couches as part of the décor and a part of the setting. These furnishing cannot be removed.

Decorations:
Decorations brought into the club must be approved prior to arrival. Items may not be attached to any stationary floor, window, ceiling, or beam with nails, tape, staples or any other substance that may damage the facility, furnishings, or fixtures.

Alcohol:
Full bar services with an extensive list of wines and spirits are available for your event.

Music:
The club must approve all contracted entertainment in order to comply with existing residential and club policies.
