Capacity:
Rincon Beach Club has over 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Their flagstone and lawn garden is fully landscaped and features ocean and mountain views. The facility can accommodate 20 to 300 comfortably depending on the style of your event.
Fees:
The ceremony fee is $1,050 which includes a wedding arch (undecorated), 200 white wood wedding chairs, 30 extra minutes of guest time, access to the Bridal Room and Grooms Lounge including snacks and beverages for the couple and their attendants.
The facility fee of ranges from $2,550 to $3,950 depending on the date. The Facility Fee includes a full six hours of guest time, as well as tables, ceremony and reception chairs, your choice of linens from our 5 linen set, three different designs of china, glass ware, flat ware, 4 garden umbrellas, 4 mushroom heaters, Buffet Decor for up to 220 guests, a beautiful wood bar, a fireplace lounge, a dance floor and an Event Director to make sure things run smoothy and that your you and guests are attended to. The six hours is exclusively your time as the set up and breakdown is done before and after your event at no additional facility charge. Additional hours may be rented to extend your event time. Weekday events are priced by the hour, please call for prices.
Deposit:
The deposit required is the amount of the facility fee. For example if you book a Friday night for 6 hours your deposit would be $2,550.
Insurance:
No insurance is required.
Tables:
Rincon includes Beach Club tables of varies sizes, ceremony and reception chairs, standard linens, china, glass ware, flat ware, 4 garden umbrellas, 4 mushroom heaters, Buffet Decor for up to 220 guests, a dance floor and an Event Director. Additional rentals will need to be arranged for over 220.
Smoking:
Smoking is allowed on the patio and in garden areas.
Decorations:
Decorations are available in-house.
Bathrooms:
4 Bathrooms: 2 mens and 2 womens. Handicapped Accesible.
Alcohol:
We have a full liquor license for onsite and offsite events. Beverages are charged base on consumption.
Dressing:
Bridal Room and Grooms Lounge available with ceremony arrangements.
Parking:
There is plenty of street parking. Valet is not mandatory but recommened based on the your guest count and event time and day.
