Cebada Winery

This stunning 100 acre farm features breathtaking wine country views and can accommodate up to 200 guests. For the ceremony there are two options, the first being The Vineyard Oaks area which has been designed for wedding ceremonies in mind. It has fabulous outdoor amphitheater seating, three majestic oak trees and a gorgeous vineyard as the backdrop. The second is The Hilltop (available at an additional fee) and is literally pure romance. It has a manicured circular lawn and views of the vineyards and the Santa Ynez Mountains. Receptions are held on a large lawn where a trellised wall serves as a backdrop for the head-table, DJ or band.

Vineyard Oaks - Designed with wedding ceremonies in mind, the Vineyard Oaks has amphitheater seating, three majestic oaks and a vineyard backdrop.

Vineyard Lawn - The Vineyard Lawn is the perfect setting for your reception. A Vine-covered trellis offers a stunning backdrop for your head table or live band. Vineyards, stunning vistas and oak trees surround the 45'x80; lawn to create a neutral blank canvas for your Event.

The Hilltop - The Hilltop at the Cebada Winery offers breathtaking views of Vineyards and Santa Ynez Mountains. Our manicured circular lawn is an ideal setting for your romantic wedding ceremony or reception. The Hilltop is limited to 3 events per year and is available for an additional fee

Production Lawn - Our Cocktail Lawn is adjacent to the ranch house and is best suited for your standing cocktail reception or intimate gathering.

  • Site Fee: $13,000 (50-100 guests) to $15,000 (100-200 guests).
  • Site Fee Includes: Access to Vineyard Oaks, Production Lawn and Vineyard Lawn for 6-hour Event and 2 nights accommodations in our Ranch House (accommodates 6 guests).
  • The Hilltop Site Fee is an Additional: $3,000.

Time Allotments: Cebada Winery rents for a 6-hour period between the hours of 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. All amplified music must conclude by 10:00 pm and all guests not staying at ranch house must depart by 10:30 pm. Install and strike are permitted from 9:00 am-5:00 pm day prior and following event date.

Alcohol Policy: Only wine products of Cebada Winery are permitted on the premises. Our wines are available to you by the case and there is a $3,500 wine purchase minimum for all Events. Renting party may bring in a reasonable amount of beer and must provide an unlimited amount of non-alcoholic beverages. Hard alcohol is not permitted. A complimentary wine tasting may be scheduled up to 3 months prior to your Event and wine orders must be placed 30 days prior to your Event. No alcohol will be served after 9:30 pm.

Parking: Parking is permitted for guests staying in the vineyard house and vendors only. All other guests must be shuttled.

Decoration Policy: No sparklers, confetti, glitter, silly string, other non-organic decorations, rice and/or bird seed are permitted. Renting Party must submit a list of proposed decorations for approval at least 30 days prior to the Event. NO LIVE “POTTED” PLANTS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY. Cut floral arrangements are not considered live “potted” plants. No nails, staples, thumbtacks or tape with permanent adhesive may be used on the property surfaces to hang decorations, including walls, trees, bushes, trellis and banisters. Prior approval is needed in order to attach items to the facility's property. If extension cords are used, they must be secured to the ground for safety.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes must be made in writing. Cancellations received 90 or more days prior to Event date will result in a loss of the initial deposit. If cancellation is received 90 or fewer days prior to Event date, full site fee will apply however security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of written notice.
