Lavender and Lace Wedding Inspiration by Kiel Rucker

This couple chose to tie the knot at the beautiful Spanish style wedding location the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. The bride donned a fitted lace wedding dress paired with a floor length, lace tipped veil, and she held a gorgeous bridal bouquet by Santa Barbara wedding florist Emma Rose. Her bridesmaids also wore lace bridesmaid dresses, but in an elegant and soft lavender color. Meanwhile, the groom and groomsmen sported dark grey suits and showed off their sporty side with socks featuring their favorite basketball teams.

The ceremony was held in the lower courtyard of the Santa Barbara wedding venue with a draped wedding arbor accented with tie backs of eucalyptus and lavender. After the vows, guests enjoyed cocktail hour complete with bocce ball, a custom corn hole game, and comfy wedding lounge areas. The wedding dinner was held al fresco at long farmhouse reception tables decorated with lace runners made special by the groom's mom. All was expertly coordinated by Santa Barbara wedding planner Ann Johnson Events and captured by wedding photographer Kiel Rucker.
