Congratulations on your engagement. I'm so glad you're here. I spent 16 years designing and producing weddings in Santa Barbara before I finally admitted I was better at connecting people than carrying a clipboard. Today I channel 25 years of insider knowledge — and an ongoing career producing large-scale nonprofit galas and immersive community events right here in town — into this platform.
Which means I'm not a blogger who stumbled into the wedding space. I'm someone who has been inside this industry, this city, and this vendor community for a very long time. I know who delivers. I know who shows up early and stays late. I know which venues have the best light at 5 PM and which ones come with hidden surprises buried in the contract.
