Set against the breathtaking oceanfront backdrop of The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara, this editorial was designed to capture the essence of California coastal elegance infused with timeless romance. Inspired by the property’s Mediterranean architecture, soft coastal light, and natural ocean surroundings, the vision centered on creating an immersive design experience that felt refined, emotionally evocative, and effortlessly luxurious.
A layered palette of blush, mauve, creamy neutrals, and rich wine tones brought warmth and depth to the airy coastal setting, while organic florals, intentional textures, and elevated tabletop details created a sense of quiet luxury throughout the design. Organic asymmetrical floral installations softened both the ceremony and reception spaces, evoking the feeling of a modern garden unfolding naturally along the coastline.
While editorial in nature, the shoot was deeply rooted in emotion and storytelling, blending elevated design with a genuine sense of intimacy and connection.
