Casa Las Palmas is a charming and highly-versatile event venue across from the beach, in the heart of Santa Barbara's Chase Palm Park. Casa Las Palmas is a Spanish-style venue, popular for all kinds of events, from wedding receptions to rehearsal dinners and various celebrations. 

Named for the towering palms along Cabrillo Boulevard, Casa Las Palmas was built with fun in mind. The facility is located in the heart of the 10-acre park, allowing for the opportunity to plan your event around various recreational areas such as the Carousel House, Great Meadow, and the Shipwreck Playground. Casa Las Palmas has a capacity of 65 seated, 75 cocktail style, and up to 40 classroom style.

This convenient waterfront location with its scenic views of the ocean and verdant surroundings makes Casa Las Palmas the ideal choice for small events. This is a single-room space with a small kitchenette, ample-sized indoor restrooms, and a large raised patio overlooking Chase Palm Park's "Great Meadow" with its rolling hills and iconic concert stage. Casa's vaulted wooden ceilings and attractive architectural details make for beautiful wedding and event photos. Casa's open-plan design allows you the freedom you need to set up your special event exactly how you envision it, according to your own taste and budget.

Casa Las Palmas is close to the drop-off circle and a bus stop on Cabrillo Boulevard, and is one block from restaurants, shopping, a large City of Santa Barbara parking lot, and Stearns Wharf.

Pricing: $

Weekends: from $145 per hour
Weekdays: from $126 (minimum of two hours)

Capacity: 65 Seated / 75 cocktails (including patio)

Areas: Main dining room and Patio.

Uses: Ceremonies; Wedding Receptions; Special Events; Parties; Business Functions/Meetings; Rehearsal Dinners.

Restrooms: Available on-site.

Bridal Dressing Room: Not available. 

Requirements: Six-Hour Minimum Rental. A deposit is required to hold the date. All rentals are subject to a $300 non-refundable reservation fee that will be applied towards rental fees and a $300 refundable security deposit.

Catering: Provided by customer, limited kitchen facilities available.

Parking: Paid parking is available nearby in City lots.

Music: Music allowed both indoors and outdoors.

Alcohol Policy: Provided by the client (no kegs).

What is Provided: Six-hour package rate listed below includes tables and chairs (including setup and breakdown), cleaning, the presence of an Event Monitor, and a security guard when alcohol is permitted.

Decoration: All decor must be approved by the venue, with no stapling or adhering to the structure.

Insurance: Event insurance is suggested.

Cancellation Policy:  Non-refundable reservation fee.
