What an unforgettable evening aboard the Condor Express! The Weddings Showcase was an absolute dream from start to finish, and it was all thanks to the incredible community of Santa Barbara event pros who came together to make magic happen on the water.

I had the joy of meeting talented new vendors, reconnecting with longtime favorites (special shoutout to photographer Adam Schuette, snapped mid-laugh with the amazing Katie of KB Events), and witnessing true collaboration unfold. There’s something extra special about gathering on the water—with blue skies, calm seas, and that unbeatable view of the American Riviera shimmering offshore. No matter how many times I’m out there, Santa Barbara never stops showing off.

And speaking of showing off… Santa Bubble delivered her signature sparkle, filling the deck with her whimsical magic. Paired with last night’s lineup of phenomenal vendors, it made my job of highlighting Santa Barbara weddings both incredibly easy and endlessly inspiring. My heart is full of gratitude for this community—top-notch talent, teamwork, and true camaraderie at its best.

This showcase was designed to highlight Condor Express’s welcome reception / rehearsal evening package, and every element shined:

Culinary delights from Omni Catering made waves before we even set sail. Kelly—choosing a favorite bite-sized appetizer was impossible. The shrimp, the ahi cucumber cups, and those colorful beet-and-goat-cheese stacks? Chef’s kiss.
Ocean-infused DJ sets by Sandala Experiences kept the energy flowing. Yes, I absolutely danced to Cher with many of you. Zero regrets.
Photography by Grace Kathryn was a masterclass in focus and finesse. Watching her capture every detail was such a treat, and we can’t wait to share her images once they hit our inboxes.
Staffing + gift bag magic from Central Coast Party Helpers made the night seamless. Brigitte—you and your team were ROCKSTARS. The swift loading, the “all hands on deck” energy, and the creatively packed gift bags (currently enjoying some Cap’n Crunch with my coffee!) were beyond appreciated.
