Site Fee Pricing: $$

  • Price Range: Hourly rate based on area rented, ranges from $250 to $550 per hour.

Alcohol Policy: BYOB allowed with prior approval, host liquor liability insurance needed.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • If cancellation is more than sixty (60) days before the first scheduled date of the use of the premises, then100% of the booking deposit is refunded.

  • If cancellation is between sixty (60) days and ten (10) days before the first scheduled date of the use of the premises, the booking deposit is not refunded, and 50% of any other fees paid are refunded.

  • If cancellation is less than ten (10) days before the first scheduled date of use of the premises, no refunds are issued.
