Camp Carmina, located 40 minutes North of Santa Barbara in the heart of wine country, is a stunning 40 acre event venue. With majestic oak trees spotting the landscape and stunning views, your dream event will come to life in this beautiful setting.

There are multiple options for creating your dream event - a beautiful site overlooking the rolling hills of Santa Ynez, oak shaded meadow locations creating a beautiful open canvas, a dinner amongst the olive grove, a wood-sided barn with a stunning fireplace,
and many other options.

When booking your event at Carmina, you will have access to the venue beginning the day before your event with a day and a half after the event for strike. There are options for a rehearsal dinner in addition to a wedding ceremony, a corporate retreat featuring multiple locations for your participants, or a fabulous family gathering to celebrate you.

Site Fee Pricing: $$$$$ ($15,000+ / day)

Price Range: Site fee ($15,000) includes set up day (8 am - 4 pm), event day (8 am - 11 pm), and strike day (8 am - 4 pm). Fee covers on-site employee to answer questions for 8 hours/day. Additional hours charged at $30/hour. Carmina employee must be on-site any time vendor/guest is on property.

Alcohol Policy: Renter is permitted to bring personal alcohol onto the premise. A licensed bartender or caterer must be hired to serve.

Time Allotments: Set up day (8 am - 4 pm), event day (8 am - 11 pm), and strike day (8 am - 4 pm).

Decorations: Camp Carmina is a beautiful setting with gardens and beautiful views. No nails in trees or on buildings. Open flames must have coverings. No paper confetti. Camp Carmina will not provide renter with any decorations, must be brought in.

Cancellation Policy: $2,000 security deposit due at signing of contract to hold the date. Site fee due and payable 4 months (122 days) prior to the event. Full refund of site fee up to 3 months (92 days) before event date. 50% site fee refund up to 2 months (60 days) in advance. No refund if canceled within 2 months (60 days) of event. Within 14 days after event, balance of security deposit will be returned.
