October 20th is National Chicken and Waffles Day—a celebration of the iconic sweet-and-savory combo we can’t get enough of. While this comfort food favorite is usually reserved for brunch, it turns out it can also be a standout addition to your wedding day menu.
Our catering member, Catering Connection, brings a fun, unique twist to this classic dish with bite-size chicken nuggets dipped in waffle batter, fried to golden perfection, and served on easy-to-grab toothpicks. Guests can dip into syrup and pop them straight into their mouths—mess-free, flavorful, and totally shareable. It’s a playful and delicious way to elevate your wedding hors d’oeuvres or brunch offerings.
