Moments Monday: In Honor of Memorial Day
“The legacy of heroes is the memory of a great name and the inheritance of a great example.”
Today, we remember and honor all of the brave men and women who served in the U.S. Military and lost their lives in the line of duty. These are the true heroes of our country and it’s our job to keep their memories alive not just on Memorial Day but each and every day of the year.
So, even as we venture out today to attend parades, visit family and friends at cookouts, or slow down to appreciate a long weekend, we should still remember the true meaning of this influential holiday.
