The property also offers the Casa Corvarubias, built in 1817, it is the last provincial seat of the Mexican Government and the Penthouse for more intimate events.

Candles must be enclosed in protective containers.
$1,000 refundable cleaning/damage deposit required.
The rental time is six hours from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
The grounds open at 9:00 am for vendors. and must be off-site by midnight unless prior written arrangements have been negotiated 30 days in advance.
No self-catering is not permitted. Rental of kitchen necessary. All bar and food service tables utilized on tile surfaces AND satellite kitchen space in parking lot require bar mats and tarps for grease.
Onsite parking is limited to Museum staff, gallery visitors, your event vendors and your event satellite kitchen. However the Santa Barbara School District parking lot is conveniently located across the street and provides fifty spaces that are available on weeknights and weekends. Amplified music and live-bands are permitted.
20 amp circuits are located throughout the Site. Additional energy is available from two theatrical panels; please contact Rental Coordinator to arrange.
Electrical generators are prohibited.

What is Provided:
Fees include a Museum representative the day of your event as well as grounds keeping, and custodial services before your event. Security staff is provided if you are renting the Museum galleries.
Certificate of Insurance covering $1,000,000 general liability (naming the Museum as co-insured), and a list of your vendors is required 60 days prior to the event.
