Emily and Rich planned their dream wedding in Santa Barbara from the East Coast to include vibrant floral, bold print linens and just a hint of Star Wars! Emily has extended family living in Santa Barbara County so when it came to choosing a destination, Santa Barbara was at the top of the list. They love the lush gardens surrounding the historic courthouse and how Riviera Mansion has the comforts of home while still adding grandeur to the day. The couple chose bright, cheerful florals to showcase all the colors of summer and contrasted them with a bold, tropical print on the dining tables. Santa Barbara's palm tree lined venues made a perfect backdrop for their bold design choices. It is no secret that Emily and Rich are huge Star Wars fans and they found fun ways to incorporate their love into the day like Rich's TIE fighter cuff links and the cheeky cookies at each guest seat with Leia and Hans Solo quotes on them. Emily's parents even surprised the couple with a light saber grand exit at the end of the evening!
