Site Fee Pricing: $$$$$ ($15,000+ / day)

Price Range: For less than 70 people the venue fee is $15,000. For 70-130 people the venue fee is $30,000.

Time Allotments: Music and amplified sound end at our 10 PM noise cutoff. Guests can stay until 11pm for an additional fee.

Decorations:

No item may be attached to, penetrate, or physically alter any part of the Property. The use of nails, screws, staples, tacks, tape, glue, or stakes on any structure, surface, tree, fixture, or landscaping is prohibited without Service Provider’s prior written consent.
All decorations and their method of installation must be approved by Service Provider in advance, and all decorative materials must be fireproof.
No glitter, confetti, feathers, rice, or similar dispersed materials may be used or tossed without Service Provider’s prior written consent. Client is responsible for the complete cleanup and removal of any approved tossed or dispersed item.
Client and Client’s rental company are responsible for obtaining any permits required for tents, canopies, or temporary structures. All tent and structure locations must be submitted to Service Provider for written approval no later than thirty (30) days before the Event Date.
The location of any dance floor or temporary flooring must be approved by Service Provider in writing no later than thirty (30) days before the Event Date. Dance floors are not permitted on lawn areas unless otherwise agreed by Service Provider in writing.

Florals:

Wandermint Farms offers a list of florists experienced with the property. All events are required to select a florist from our list, or pay a $2,000 buyout fee to bring in an outside, licensed, and insured florist.

Cancellation Policy:

A. Cancellation by Client:

If the Client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, the Client will forfeit the deposit.
If the Client cancels between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled event date, the Client will be responsible for 75% of the total contract amount.
If the Client cancels within 14 days of the scheduled event date, the Client will be responsible for the full contract amount.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Reservation Fee described in Section 3 is fully earned and non-refundable upon signing, and any forfeited deposit is credited toward the amounts owed under this Section.

B. Cancellation by Service Provider:

If the Service Provider is unable to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will receive a full refund of any payments made.
