Whisper is a 22-foot electric yacht which exudes luxury and comfort. Available for groups of up to six, the boat is ideal for couples and small groups. Featuring comfortable lounge-style seating as well as a rear open-air deck, Whisper also allows parties to bring beer, wine and food aboard at no charge. Have a romantic wine tasting in the Santa Barbara harbor and experience the Santa Barbara waterfront in a way you'll never forget. USCG licensed Captain is included.

Cancellation Policy: Celebration Cruises will not be offering a refund for any cancellations that are less than 1 week before the scheduled departure time. For any cancellations made prior to 1 week, there will be a deduction of 10% from the ticket price and less booking fees. There are no refunds for no-shows.
