One of the newest and most dynamic venues in Santa Barbara Wine Country is Wine Trail Weddings, a Private Estate Wedding Venue featuring a “Lush Secret Garden Feeling” landscaping and is located walking distance from downtown Los Olivos at the head of the famous wine trail on Foxen Canyon.

Last month we showcased the property to fellow wedding pros and had a delightful afternoon of ”SIP - SNACK + STROLL” where we featured several stations including snack or charcuterie option caterers, wine from Five Brothers Winery, and a focal point design from various rental companies and floral designers.

This location is something else, there is a lot of room to set up and have different combinations of wedding and ceremony set-ups.

Arriving at the venue is impressive because you’re literally driving through horse paddocks and a working horse ranch.

Once you reach the front of the venue you realize its vastness, the possibilities truly are endless.

As you take a closer look through the property, you take in an oasis, lush manicured gardens, large trees, and quaint nooks and crannies that can create a special spot for one of your wedding showpieces, lounges, or cocktail hour bar.

For this event, Gatherings For Good designed and planned the entire event, taking into consideration the best use of the vast space of the property, and hand-selecting vendors to showcase on the venue tour.

Plenty on Bell featured delicious farm-fresh veggies

Riviera Sips brought their newly launched The Little Sip trailer and served 2 delicious mocktails, horchata, or a hibiscus refresher (which I drank a few dozen glasses of….).

Snack on My Snacks had a delicious house-made bruschetta as well as a trifecta of cone options including a basic charcuterie cone, a mezze cone, and a dessert and fruit cone!

The Grazing Place displayed a tiered grazing table (cheese+charcuterie boards as well as grazing cones).

Slo Cakery brought wedding cake for all to enjoy.

Each of the above snacks was paired with wine from Four Brothers Winery.

On the design side of things, Town and Country Event Rentals showcased a vineyard dining table with all the settings, their wine barrel bars, and tops, ceremony seating as well as various serving trays and bar backs to make things prettier and tidier.

The Backdrop Boutique teamed up with Floral Designer PacWest Blooms to create a chuppah and gorgeous statement piece, a champagne wall as well as a freestanding and very trendy rainbow arch.

Picnics and Posies created a cute and Instagram-worthy picnic area seated on the vast lawn.

Santa Barbara Floral Artistry created a plethora of gorgeous floral focal points that were placed around the grounds, in stations, and in various spots sprinkled around the venue.

Antheia Floral Design created a sweet and soft ceremony arch that danced to the breeze’s cues and created such a special place for a ceremony location.

For the logistics of the event, a huge component to ensuring events are successful, these backbone vendors collaborated to do an amazing job!

Next Adventure 805 transported guests from Four Brothers Tasting room where guests parked their vehicles to the venue and back.

Major Event Trailers provided luxury mobile restroom trailers.

JSH Music DJ’d tunes and provided entertainment throughout the afternoon.

Susan Silverberg created gorgeous custom-made signage in beautiful wooden pieces so that guests knew where to go and recognized all the sponsors who participated.

Mixed Events 805 provided bar staffing and non-alcoholic beverages, while Central Coast Party Helpers provided staffing and help with set up.

Patrick Ang Photography captured the event on video and we cannot wait to share his talents with you in a future post.

All photography by the talented Danielle Honea (a HUGE HUGE thank you for capturing this event so beautifully as well as being such an absolute joy to work with…..)
