$1500 site fee for full tasting room from 5-10pm, any day
$2500 site fee for full tasting room from 11-5pm, Monday-Friday
$4000 site fee for full tasting room from 11-5pm Saturday/Sunday
$6000 site fee for full tasting room from 11-5pm on holiday weekends

Alcohol Policy: No Hard Alcohol. Bottled/kegged beer allowed but must be served outside.
Decoration Policy: No sparklers, confetti, glitter, other non-organic decorations, rice and/or bird seed are permitted. Renting Party must submit a list of proposed decorations or favors to ZWCo manager for approval at least 30 days prior to the Event. ZWCo management will respond within 10 days of submission. Renting Party shall not affix anything to the windows, walls or any other parts of the Property. No firearms shall be permitted on the Property.
