The Cabrillo Pavilion is the City of Santa Barbara's premier oceanfront venue. Located on the sands of East Beach, its second-floor Events Center has an impressive view overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Alcohol Policy: Beer, wine, and hard liquor are allowed for anyone 21 years and older.
Time Allotments: 8 hours minimum rental time required for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, 2 hours minimum for all other days.
Decoration Policy: Our venue features neutral colors and furniture, gorgeous lighting, and elegant architectural touches, so décor, other than table linens and centerpieces, may not be necessary. Decorations must not be nailed, stapled, thumbtacked, or duct taped to our walls. Open flame candles, sparklers, fire pits, sequins, glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, and birdseed are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 10 days prior to the event, 100% of the security deposit and 90% of the remaining fees, other than the initial reservation fee, will be refunded. The initial $500 reservation fee is non-refundable.
