Alcohol Policy: Alcohol must be served and managed by an approved vendor who carries the required liquor liability insurance.
Time Allotments: All event hours must include setup and clean-up time.
This means the time you reserve is the total time your vendors and guests can be onsite.
Weekday Events (Monday–Friday):
Setup may not begin earlier than 4:00 PM.
All Events (Weekday or Weekend):
Events must end no later than 10:00 PM.
Clean-up must be completed by 11:00 PM.
Early setup or extended cleanup can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Overtime charges:
If property or vendors remain onsite beyond the rental period, an overtime fee per hour will apply.
Decorations: Allowed: Freestanding decorations, table centerpieces, string lights or battery-operated candles, decor that does not require nails, tape, or staples
Not Allowed: Attaching anything to trees, buildings, pergolas, light posts, or fixtures, confetti, rice, birdseed, rose petals, sparklers, tiki torches, or similar items, or open flames (including candles unless enclosed and pre-approved).
Client is responsible for removing all decorations during the clean-up period at the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits:
A 50% rental fee deposit is required upon signing the agreement.
A $1,500 refundable security deposit is also due at that time.
The rental fee deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your event.
Cancellation Terms:
If you cancel your event, the 50% rental deposit will not be refunded.
Any unused portion of the $1,500 security deposit will be returned within 30 days of cancellation or after your event.
Force Majeure:
If your event is canceled due to a force majeure (natural disaster, civil disorder, etc.), all fees will be refunded minus 10% of the deposit.
Alpha will determine if the venue is unusable. If Alpha deems it usable but the client cancels, the standard cancellation policy applies.
