It’s time to show some love to your besties — not just because it’s National Best Friends Day, but because they deserve it every day.

Think about it.

Your closest friends are the ones who are there with you through it all. You met and, like two kindred souls, formed that unbreakable bond. They’ve sat with you through hard times, laughed with you through the chaos, and were there cheering you on during all your wins. It’s a relationship that you chose, but one that doesn’t come with judgment, jealousy, or strings attached — just pure love and support.

They stand by you through everything. And then, your wedding day comes, and they do it all, all over again. You share special moments with your grandparents, your mom, your dad, and, of course, your partner on your wedding day, but it’s your best friends who physically stand behind you at your ceremony. You can feel their encouragement as you make it through your vows and take the biggest leap of your life. But not only that, they were there to plan your bachelor or bachelorette party, attend your bridal shower, help you plan, make the big day run smoothly, and so much more.

And for that, they deserve all the love in the world.
